Monday Menu Planning

So here is the deal! I have officially started back up working out with my awesome personal trainer, Mary!!!! Today was day 1 back and boy did I get my butt kicked! I am not the healthiest of eaters, so along with the working out I am going to try and pull back my portions, as well as eating healthier! :) So here is my menu plan this week!

Monday: Enchilada's (freeze half)

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken wraps

Wednesday: Pork Steaks

Thursday: Chili with Cinnamon rolls (yes, I realize not the healthiest, however, it just goes together!)

Friday: Calzones (homemade)

Saturday: Left Overs

Sunday: Picnic/leftovers/whatever is around basically! :)
